The obstacle that women face to reach gender equality is the weird thinking of people..ND their different perception…on women and their rights..supporters are less ND haters are more..!!!
i wouldn’t say it as a whole, but i think most difficult obstacle for some of the women in achieving gender equality is that they themselves are so much stuck in the duties given to them by the society that they are not able to rise over the social steriotype

Hesitation and narrow thinking
I think everyone teasing is the main obstacle in a life of a young woman. Having
unacceptable comments is very difficult to handle

Women in higher education are given Rotational posts in Universities but not the nominated ones
